上午8时，活动在欢声笑语中拉开序幕。精心布置的场地色彩明快、童趣盎然，一份份满载心意的特色伴手礼更让孩子们惊喜不已，现场气氛温馨而热烈。主持人宣布开班仪式正式开始，并简要介绍了托管班的课程安排及安全保障措施。
陆文江在致辞中指出，孩子既是家庭的希望，也是公司的未来。他表示，举办暑期托管班不仅能让孩子们了解父母的工作环境、学习核科普知识，更能在他们心中播撒"两弹一星"精神、"四个一切"核工业精神以及新时代核工业精神，公司铁军优良传统的种子。此次活动是公司党委深化"为职工办实事"实践、推进"幸福二三"建设的重要举措，旨在为职工子女打造一个安全、快乐、充实的暑期成长环境，切实体现对职工及其家庭的关怀。
教师代表在发言中承诺，将以耐心和爱心陪伴孩子们度过充实而有意义的暑期生活。

仪式接近尾声，一场妙趣横生的小丑互动表演将现场气氛推向了高潮。滑稽的动作、神奇的魔术和充满趣味的互动游戏，引得孩子们开怀大笑，积极参与，纯真的笑脸如花绽放。家长们在一旁欣慰地看着孩子们尽情享受欢乐时光，纷纷为公司的贴心安排点赞。

本次托管班为期五周，课程涵盖作业辅导、兴趣培养、安全教育、核科普等内容，旨在为职工子女打造一个“学有所乐、托有所获”的假期平台。中核二三工会将持续聚焦职工最关心、最直接、最现实的需求，把托管班这类实事、好事办实、办好，通过一系列务实、温暖、可持续的关爱行动，扎实推进“幸福二三”建设，切实提升职工的归属感、获得感和幸福感，为企业高质量发展汇聚更强大的向心力和凝聚力。
