党的二十大报告指出，全面建设社会主义现代化国家，必须坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，增强文化自信。作为中华优秀传统文化的重要载体，非物质文化遗产凝结着历史的记忆，承载着民族的智慧，在湖南衡阳这片沃土上熠熠生辉。近年来，湖南省衡阳市两级法院主动延伸司法职能，积极构建“非遗+司法”保护新机制，将法治保障有机融入文化传承与发展的全过程，以司法之力守护非遗之魂，让千年非遗在法治的守护下焕发新的生机与活力。
